Penelope Cruz.
Born: April 28, 1974.
Parents: Eduardo and Encarna.
At age 15, she beat over 300 girls at a telent contest. The resulting contract landed her several roles in Spanish TV shows and music videos. Which in turn helped her achieve a career on the big screen. Cruz made her movie debut in El laberinto griego 1993, then appeared briefly in the Timothy Dalton thriller "Framed" 1992. Her third film was the Oscar-winning Belle epoque, 1992.
